Kick-off Meeting officially launched the project

The two-day Kick-off Meeting brought together representatives of all partner institutions to officially launch the project activities and discuss the main directions of cooperation.

During the meeting, partners presented their institutional perspectives, discussed planned activities, and agreed on implementation strategies. Key project management aspects — including communication, deadline tracking, financial reporting, quality assurance, and dissemination activities — were also addressed.

The meeting was hosted and led by Justus-Liebig University Giessen.
