October 20. Secretary General of the European Cultural Society Mrs. Michelle Campagnolo Bouvier has visited NaUKMA. Mrs. Companiolо has given a lecture on a topic “From the Union of European States to the Union of Europeans” to students of the MA programme in Political Science and all interested students. Starting from the definition of “culture” as a development of values rather than only cultural or literature phenomenon, history of the European Cultural Society, Mrs. Cаmpaniolо has broadened the question of cultural and political dialogue, dialogue between east and west, between politicians and people themselves. The lecturer has stressed that united Europe can not be created from above, by politicians; united Europe will exist only when it is created in the soul of every European.
