Participation at the CIVICA European Week 2024 - Migrations in Changing Europe for Kyiv-Mohyla students
NaUKMA advanced undergraduate students are invited to apply for partiicpation in the CIVICA European Week 2024 - Migrations in Changing Europe (annual student event of the CIVICA European Alliance), which will take place at the London School of Economics and Political Science on June 24-29, 2024
2024 edition of the CIVICA European Week theme is migrations in changing Europe. The week will be attended by 80 bachelor students from the CIVICA partners - Bocconi University, Central European University, IE University, National University of Political Studies and Public Administration, Sciences Po, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Stockholm School of Economics, the London School of Economics and Political Science and 5 students from 5 Ukrainian universities (including one student from NaUKMA).
The program will include expert lecturers from the participating universities, additional student activities.
Financial support for participation (for one selected NaUKMA student) will be provided by the CIVICA for Ukraine 2024 project (granted by NAWA, coordinated by SGH Warsaw School of Economics)
Costs to be funded: travel costs - 3 000,00 zł (visa costs included), accommodation and subsistence costs - 5 260 zł (all costs will be sent on the selected student's Euro bank account).
The final condition for travelling to the CIVICA European Week 2024 is to have the right to cross the Ukrainian (no male participants, traveling from Ukraine) and the UK border (UK visa application instructions will be provided).
Students should obtain the right to enter the UK (visa application decision, visa stamp to be put into passport in Warsaw, on the way to the UK) no later than 1 month before the event.
Eligibility: Bachelor program students of the 2-3 year of studies, strong preference will be given to students, who are currently in Ukraine and who have limited international experience.
