Study visits to the University of Wroclaw, Poland for the NaUKMA academic staff members
Within Arqus solidarity with Ukraine (ARQUS is the Euroepan university alliance NaUKMA is the associate partner of) project University of Wrocław, Poland invites academic staff members from the Ukrianian partner universities (including NaUKMA) for the 1-week long study visit.
DATES
Study visit will be conducted in a group, in the dates listed below:
4 - 8 November 2024 - academic staff
The dates may be slightly adjusted with time.
PARTICIPANTS
NaUKMA is expected to nominate 2 academic staff members.
NaUKMA male academic staff members can apply in case theu have updated their militarry status and documents in Ukraine.
ATTENTION! Those NaUKMA academic staff members, who received the ARQUS for Ukraine funding in 2023 are not eligible to apply.
Every participant will receive:
4500 zł of allowance for the stay (accommodation, food, etc.),
2000 zł of refund for the travel to and from Wrocław.
The whole sum will be paid in cash after their arrival to Wrocław. Participants should individually take care of their accomdoaion and travel.
PROGRAMME
The programme will be dependent on the units/departments of the chosen participants - it will be established after we receive nominations from all the partner Universities.
