February 3, 2005. A PRESENTATION of the BOOK "Your Studies in the USA: Secrets of Application Package Preparation"
February 3, 2005. A presentation of the book "Your Studies in the USA: Secrets of Application Package Preparation" by Dr. Serhiy Kostyuk, MS, Georgia State University (Atlanta, GA, USA), Edmund Muskie Fellow, Candidate of Political Sciences will be held.
Representatives of the International Renaissance Foundation, U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, American Councils for International Education, IREX, Ministry for Education and Science of Ukraine, regional information and education centers, students and professors of Ukrainian academic institutions, publishers, book dealers, and journalists are invited.
The book contains tips for the preparation of an application package to U.S. universities, texts of original successful essays, resumes and recommendations, results of a survey of Ukrainian alumni of American
universities, exclusive interviews about studies in the USA, and the contact information for U.S. Government-sponsored programs for Ukrainian citizens.
It may be useful for applicants to American universities, consultants and international education experts. The publication was sponsored by the International Renaissance Foundation and the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine.
The presentation will be held on February 3, 2005 from 5 pm till 6 pm.
