Можливості короткотермінового викладання в Універсиеті Альмерії, Іспанія, для викладачів НаУКМА
University of Almeria, UAL, Spain, Erasmus+ Summer School, ESS, '26 would like to invite faculty member(s) from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (from Assistant to Full Professors) to participate is a short-term mobility (ome week) for teaching in frames of the EES. Participation will be covered by the Erasmus+ KA-171 grant.
The ESS'26 will take place from July 6 to 24, 2026, hosting faculty and students from around the world — not only from Spain or the EU, but also from Albania, Armenia, Bosnia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Japan, Montenegro, Moldova, Morocco, Palestine, Tunisia, South Korea, Ukraine, the United States, Uruguay, and many others. This is a wonderful opportunity for the NaUKMA faculty to network and teach with a different mindset, in an intensive, multicultural learning environment, while enjoying summer on Spain’s Mediterranean coast.
UAL can finance at least one NaUKMA faculty member for the a week-long teaching during the terms of the school, but more faculty could be invided in case of less applications from other partners arrive and / or more funidng is available.
Requirements to the faculty members:
- Good command of English (confirmed by the official test results or the experince of the extended teaching with English as a medium of instruction)
- Able to travel to Almería for one week during the terms of the school
- Willing to teach short, introductory, or soft-skill-based courses with a multidisciplinary and hands-on approach (you may check examples of ESS’25 courses here). Courses should last at least 1 week (in terms of the school, 11 weeks means Monday to Friday as teaching days) and last 4 or 8 contact hours, and include a virtual challenge for students to do after their mobility. Professors that decide to teach a 4 hours course will have to participate in a training activity for professors. Faculty are free to propose any topic for their courses, as long as it's an introductory or soft-skill-development course with an multidisciplinary & practical approach. We want students attending our Summer School to develop new skills and knowledge outside their area of specialization
Selected / nominated by NaUKMA to UAK / approved by UAL faculty member(s) will receive an Erasmus+ grant:
- 170€ per day from day 1 to 7 and up to two additional days for travel support
- Travel allowance of 580€
- Grants' payments are made in cash as lump sum on the first or second day of participation. Alternatively, participants may choose to receive their grant by bank transfer after the mobility (minus international transfer fees, usually 50–80€).
NaUKMA faculty interested on participation should submit
- CV, with information on previous participation in different types of international mobilities, internships, research stays etc.
- outline fo the course, according to the requirements mentioned above
- the prefered week for the teaching visit (in terms of the the school)
- confirmation of the English language proficiency
