SPAIN: The University of A Coruña's International Summer School The University of A Coruña's International Summer School offers a selection of three-week intensive courses taught by international faculty from 4 to 22 August 2014, which are open to Spanish and foreign undergraduates, graduate students and recent graduates. Courses are taught in English, have an academic value of 6 ECTS credits, and can be recognised as equivalent to optional courses of specific accredited undergraduate and graduate degrees of the University of A Coruña. Faculty come from different universities and are renowned experts in their fields. They are active in academic research, consultancy or government. Courses are an opportunity for local and foreign students and faculty to engage in an international experience and benefit from their mutual interaction in one of the best venues for a summer course in Europe. UK: University of Cambridge International Summer Schools 2014 Our 2014 programme has a tremendous line-up of academics to deliver 190 courses and over 140 plenary lectures. Choose from a variety of interdisciplinary and specialist programmes and stay in one of Cambridge’s historic Colleges. animago AWARD 2014 NSPIRATION, MOTIVATION, CELEBRATION The animago AWARD has been acknowledging the best works in the entire spectrum of digital media production and visualization since 1997. Participants from exactly 66 different countries have submitted 1.043 works last year, production types are STILL, FILM and INTERACTIVE. Since its existence the competition has succeeded in achieving even greater international prominence and acknowledgment.

1615 - Kyiv-Mohyla brotherhood school, later turned into Collegium, was founded

2012 - NaUKMA is a classical university with six faculties (Humanities, Social Sciences, Law, Economics, Computer Sciences, Natural Sciences). During the twenty years since its re-establishment, Academy has initiated reforms in higher education, was the first university in Ukraine to introduce the bachelor, master and PhD programs, a curriculum in Liberal Arts Education, and a system of entrance tests
