Matriculation Certificate of Secondary Education
Step 1. Take a scan copy of your Matriculation Certificate of Secondary Education and attachment to it. If you
do not have these scans, ask the Students' Personnel Department to make it for you (f.i., the Head of the
Department, Ms. Natalia Kharko, n.kharko@ukma.edu.ua or any other staff member).
Step 2. You visit our web page and copy the sample of the
Matriculation Certificate of Secondary Education and its attachment
translation.
Step 3. Using the sample prepare the translation of your Matriculation Certificate of Secondary Education and
attachment to it. Please be very attentive preparing your documents for certification at the DFC. In the examples,
which you can find on our web page some fragments of the text are marked by yellow color. It means that you have to
insert your own data or choose among several options and delete all unnecessary variants. Send both your
translations and the scan of originals to the int_mobility@ukma.edu.ua
for the electronic certification.
