TURKEY: The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBITAK) Graduate Scholarship Programme for International Students in Turkey, 2013/14
The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBITAK) is offering graduate scholarships for international students. Scholarships are awarded to pursue a graduate degree (Masters and PhD) in Turkey. The maximum duration for the scholarship is 2 years for the Masters and 4 years for the PhD program. All scholarship awardees who successfully complete a Master’s program will be rewarded scholarship for a PhD program on the condition that they are admitted to a program at a Turkish University.

EU Countries: MARES Erasmus Mundus Doctoral Fellowships for International Students, 2014
Applications are invited for doctoral fellowships for the Joint Doctoral Programme on Marine Ecosystem Health & Conservation funded by Erasmus Mundus. Each year there are about 9 scholarships available for 3 years: 3 for Category B applicants; 5 for Category A applicants and 1 for an external window candidate (Western Balkan / Turkey). Research/Training with MARES partners has to happen in at least 2 different European countries. For Category B fellowship holders, these two countries must be different from the country in which the doctoral candidate has obtained his/her last university degree.

GERMANY: PhD Scholarships for International Students at IMPRS Moral Economies in Germany, 2014/15
The International Max Planck Research School for Moral Economies of Modern Societies (IMPRS Moral Economies) at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development, Berlin, Germany is offering 6 PhD scholarships starting October 2014. Candidates admitted to the IMPRS Moral Economies receive a monthly grant to cover their living expenses, presently set at 1,365€, initially for two years, with consecutive extensions up to a maximum of four years, pending successful progress evaluations
